Where Stillness
Takes Root
Forest bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku, is a gentle guided practice of slowing down and reconnecting with the natural world through the senses.
During each walk, you are gently guided through simple sensory invitations designed to help your body settle and your attention return to the present moment.

Through mindful and meditative practices, forest bathing cultivates a deeper connection between oneself and nature, offering scientifically proven benefits.
There is no pressure to perform, no fitness requirement, and nothing you need to achieve — only space to notice, breathe, and be supported by the forest.

Each experience unfolds slowly, allowing your nervous system to unwind at its own pace. Bringing you closer to feeling human again.
