Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Forest walk reservations may be canceled with a full refund when notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

​

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the walk are not eligible for a refund. In these cases, participants may request a one-time transfer to a future walk, subject to availability.

If a participant chooses not to transfer their reservation, the session fee will be forfeited. This policy allows time for others to join the experience and helps maintain the intentionally small group setting.

If weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances require Rooted Tranquility to cancel or reschedule a walk, participants will be offered the option to transfer to a future date or receive a full refund.
